Background: The laparoscopic approach for the Frey procedure has not been previously reported.Aim: This video demonstrates the feasibility of the laparoscopic approach for the Frey procedure. Reproduction of the same key steps utilized in the open approach is demonstrated.Results: The procedure was completed in 308 minutes and with an estimated blood loss of 50 ml. The patient postoperative course was uncomplicated and she was dismissed on postoperative day 4.Conclusions: The laparoscopic Frey procedure is feasible and can be performed with the same surgical steps as for the open approach.
