| 5th Annual SSAT Foundation Awards Reception Sunday, May 19, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Grand Ballroom (4th Level), Omni San Diego Hotel The SSAT Foundation Awards Reception will take place on Sunday, May 19, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Omni San Diego Hotel during the SSAT Annual Meeting at DDW 2019. The Awards Reception will recognize the recipients of the 2019 Career Development Award, Fischer International Traveling Fellowship for Surgeons in Academic Practice, DeMeester Traveling Fellowships for Surgeons within the U.S. or Canada, Warshaw Master Educator Award, and Rikkers Master Clinician Award, as well as the recipients of the 2019 Residents and Fellows Research Conference Plenary Presentation Prizes. All proceeds from the reception will help support the Foundation's initiatives. Plan to join us in honoring your colleagues and celebrating the successes of the SSAT Foundation. Tickets are no longer available online and can be purchased outside of room 28AB until 5pm on Sunday, May 19th or at the door of the event in the Grand Ballroom of the Omni San Diego Hotel between 5 and 8pm on Sunday. |

| SSAT Breakfast Connections and Meet-the-Professor Luncheons Breakfasts run from 6:30–7:45 a.m; lunches run from 12:30–1:45 p.m. Breakfast Connections and Meet-the-Professor Luncheons are an opportunity to participate in a scholarly, dynamic discussion in an informal, small-group atmosphere.
