Reserve your room before the Housing Cut-Off Date of Monday, April 13, 2026. When calling The Hilton, be sure to inform them you are with the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract. Rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel’s availability. Please note that it is possible the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the SSAT will fill before the published hotel cutoff date of Monday, April 13, 2026; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Reserve Housing

Once you are registered for DDW, there are a few ways you can book housing:

• Click on the link included on the DDW registration site or in your registration confirmation email.
• Book directly through the onPeak site.
• Call 855-202-8097 (U.S. and Canada) or +1-312-527-7300 (international) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.

The Group Rate is 307 USD per night plus the state and local taxes and government fees and charges in effect at the time of check-in.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests checking in prior to 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Deposit Policy
Please provide a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation(s) for no-shows, and/or late cancellations. Credit card MUST expire after the date of the event. Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation.

A physical credit card is required at check-in for payment. The hotel will authorize an additional amount for incidental charges for each night of your stay. If no incidental charges are used, the hold will be released back to the credit card.

First night's room and tax can be guaranteed by check. Please make checks payable to onPeak (mailing address: onPeak LLC P.O. Box 669577, Dallas, TX 75266-0437). Should you prefer to pre-pay the reservation(s) in full, you must contact the hotel directly 3 weeks prior to arrival to set up payment with the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid a late cancellation fee of 1 night's room and tax.

Special Policy
Government rates subject to change when applicable per diem rate is announced. Government or Military ID will be required at check-in. If not presented, you will be charged at hotel’s prevailing rate.
