Target Audience
This activity is designed for gastrointestinal surgeons.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:
- Identify the opportunities for patient-centered multidisciplinary management of digestive diseases,
- Apply breakthroughs in translational science to clinical practice managing diseases of the alimentary tract,
- Recognize applications of new technology to improve outcomes after gastrointestinal surgery,
- Seek collaborations with diverse investigators to expand team science in digestive diseases,
- Expand knowledge in gastrointestinal disease leading to advances in medical, endoscopic, and surgical evaluation and management.
