Reason #1: Something for Everyone

To meet the broader needs of SSAT members and their specialties, the Society has revamped its Annual Meeting programming at DDW. Instead of a multitude of parallel sessions offering a potpourri of topics, the 2015 Annual Meeting programming has been segmented into three distinct and parallel tracks offering equal amounts of programming in Esophagus & Gastric, HPB, and Small Bowel & Colorectal. Upper-, Mid-, and Lower-GI surgeons now have something of interest to attend from the Sunday through the Tuesday of the Annual Meeting. Just follow the color-coding on the Schedule-at-a-Glance to move from abstract-driven and invited-speaker sessions in your area of expertise.
