Complications after pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) are mainly related to postoperative pancreatic fistula. The use of double jejunal loop seems to reduce the severity of POPF, especially in patients with soft pancreas and high risk of POPF. We present a video of an 18-year-old young woman with a 6-cm solid pseudopapillary neoplasm in the head of the pancreas . A robotic pylorus-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy with double loop reconstruction was successfully performed. Isolated pancreatojejunostomy after PD can reduce the severity of pancreatic fistula and may be a good option for young patients with expected long-term survival. This procedure can be safely performed with the robotic platform.
