DOUBLE PYLOROMYOTOMY IN G-POEM (GASTRIC PER ORAL ENDOSCOPIC MYOTOMY) IN TREATING REFRACTORY GASTROPARESIS

Treating gastroparesis is complex & require a multidisciplinary approach. Refractory gastroparesis, is rather more complicated management with intervention needed with less favorable outcomes. G-POEM is an established method for managing gastroparesis & less invasive procedure if compared to laparoscopic pyloromyotomy. Performing double Myotomy in G-POEM is believed to improve the outcomes if compared to single Myotomy. Presenting in this video the detailed steps of performing G-POEM with double Myotomy technique.
