Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) excels in removing large-complex colon lesions, yet its technical complexity often stems from insufficient traction-countertraction. Achieving defect closure necessitates full-thickness suturing and airtight sealing, areas where current practices show a marked deficiency. We present a case of a 77-year-old male with a laterally spreading rectal tumor, effectively treated with traction-assisted ESD and endoluminal suturing using an advanced platform. The dynamic platform enhances traction-countertraction, and the endoscopic suturing system efficiently closes muscular defects. Further study is key to evaluating the platform's impact on ESD adoption.
