Esophagectomy is a complex surgical procedure. Minimally invasive esophagectomy (MIE) is emerging as standard of care for esophageal malignancy. We are presenting a case of 43 years female with the history of dysphagia of 6-month duration. Upper Gi endoscopy showed growth at 30 cm. Patients received Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NACRT). Patient was restaged with CT chest and abdomen and patient has partial response to NACRT. After optimization patient was planned for thoracolaparoscopic esophagectomy. Thoracoscopic part was done in prone position. MIE is associated with better post operative morbidity and safe oncological outcomes if performed at high volume center in experienced hand.
