Sharona Ross, Denis Gratsianskiy*, Iswanto Sucandy, Trevor A. Jones
Digestive Health Institute, AdventHealth Tampa, Tampa, FL

This video depicts a robotic PD performed on a 69-year-old male presenting with flu-like symptoms, abdominal pain, and nausea. Imaging reveals pancreatic head mass causing CBD obstruction. Subsequent ERCP, EUS/FNA, and biliary stent placement were necessary. The operation involved precise dissection, lymphadenectomy, and vessel ligations to ensure negative margins. Reconstruction comprised hepaticojejunostomy, pancreaticojejunostomy, and duodenojejunostomy. The patient's recovery was optimal, being discharged on POD 6, with symptom resolution. This video showcases the successful application of robotic PD in challenging cases, highlighting meticulous techniques for optimal outcomes.
