Jejunal Diverticulum are rare with an incidence of 0.4 to 4% of patients. These can present as chronic with abdominal pain and bloating or acute with perforation or infection. Here we present a case of a 60 year old male with a long history of abdominal pain, bloating, malnutrition and weight loss. Without resolution of symptoms from medical management, the patient was taken to surgery for the diseased portion of the small bowel to be resected. This resulted in complete resolution of his symptoms. Jejunal diverticulum should be in the differential diagnosis in cases similar to this where they can present like ileus or small bowel obstruction.
