AUTOLOGOUS MESENCHYMAL CELLS TRANSPLANTATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERIANAL FISTULA

Small 5mm sub-umbilical incision Infiltration and Liposuction A mixture of the solution: 250 ml physiological saline, 50 ml 2% lidocaine, 1ml adrenaline. Using ordinary 50 ml syringe connected to 20 G cannula, directed in subcutaneous tissue, in a fan-shaped manner. After 8-10 minutes; from the same subcutaneous tissue plane, in a fan-shaped manner, and using a special 50 ml syringe connected to 13 G cannula. Processing of Mesenchymal cells Using a lipo-aspiration, processing, and deployment of adipose tissue device. Using the Fistuloscope, tracing the track till the internal opening. Advancement flap covering the internal opening Infiltration of the mesenchymal cells around the external opening
