We present an unusual case of a symptomatic duodenal paraganglioma. These are rare benign tumors of the GI tract. We demonstrate our approach for laparoscopic access and control of the distal duodenum for a potential endoluminal resection. In this case, we felt that was not feasible, and a fully laparoscopic transduodenal resection of the polyp was performed, followed by a primary handsewn duodenal repair facilitated by endoscopic guidance and control.
