Reserve your room before the Housing Cut-Off Date of Monday, April 15, 2024 by 5:00 PM EST. The SSAT Group Rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days post the official conference dates. When calling The Westin, be sure to inform them you are with the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract. Rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel's availability. Please note it is possible the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the SSAT will fill before the published hotel cutoff date of Monday, April 15, 2024; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Reserve Housing
The Group Rate is 384 USD per night plus the state and local taxes and government fees and charges in effect at the time of check-in.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Guests checking in prior to 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Wireless Internet and parking is not included in the guestroom room rate.
